Who Are You?
A team leader or sales organization with 10+ agents looking to partner with an established supplier. You can drive results within the confines of the markets regulatory and compliance landscape. You’re a team player that will utilize data driven feedback.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit, train and develop salespeople.
Educate customers about their options in the energy market
Pitch, overcome objections, and sell our value proposition
Utilize our company issued tablets and sales applications to manage your team
Adhere to local regulations and Just Energy mandated business rules
Campaign features:
Competitive commission plan
Just Energy owned and managed tablets
Comprehensive reporting for the management of all aspects of the campaign
Support! Readily available access to our corporate sales teams
Qualifications (Preferred):
Direct sales experience
Self-incorporated
Familiarity with MS Office applications
Experience with deregulated retail energy or a related field
