Job Posting: Freight & Moving Commission Sales Rep

We are a fast-growing logistics and moving company with a unique opportunity for motivated sales professionals. If you can connect us with shippers or customers needing moving services, you can earn uncapped commissions with real payouts tied directly to results.

What’s in it for you:

25% Commission on any backhaul freight you land.

Example: You close a $1,000 daily backhaul, you earn $250 that same day.

5% Commission on any moving job booked under your name.

Just have them mention your name when they book.

Up to 35% Commission on our Fort Kent, ME to Bangor, ME route (special lane).

About Us:

We run about 28,000 miles per week on dedicated routes (Tuesday–Saturday days or Monday–Friday nights).

Trucks are 26’ with liftgates, 10–12 pallet / 10,000 lb capacity.

Target freight rates are $1.25/mile (down to $1.00/mile for recurring work).

All drivers have final say on accepting backhauls — most are open to it.

You’ll have access to our empty lanes sheet so you know exactly which routes are available for backhauls.

Your Role:

Sell backhauls to shippers, 3PLs, carriers, and local distributors on our routes.

Build relationships with:

Shipping managers, terminal managers, warehouse ops, 3PL contacts.

Local manufacturers, distributors, food/beverage, building materials, auto parts, etc.

Promote our moving services to property managers, realtors, senior living communities, storage facilities, universities, and HR departments.

Use our provided scripts and call sheets — just plug in your effort and creativity.

Who You Are:

Self-motivated and hungry to earn real commission.

Strong communicator who can get through gatekeepers.

Ideally have some freight, logistics, or B2B sales background (but not required).

Comfortable making calls outside of regular business hours.

Compensation:

100% commission.

Paid directly on the gross amount of the freight or move.

The more you sell, the more you make.
