Dynamic Dallas company seeks energetic sales manager for our Dallas branch. Your responsibilities include the following. Recruit and train a biligual in-home sales team. Create recruiting and training processes. Assist in refinement and improvement of the sales function.
DESCRIPTION
-Learn our two core sales. Outline basic training materials. (within 90-120 days)
-Recruit & train first two salesmen (within 6 months)
-Assure sales team follows through on all lead as well as referral opportunities
-Create reliable sales flow to hit the required weekly targets (assuming correct lead flow) (within 9 months)
-Review and refine entire sales function
-Work with marketing department to continually improve quality and closing ratio of leads
REQUIREMENTS:
-100% bilingual (Spanish & English)
-Sales management experience (managing a small team effectively)
-B2C sales experience (ideally in home improvement)
-Experience w/the creation and refinement of sales training materials
-Ability to hit sales targets as well as customer satisfaction scores
Compensation & Beneifts:
-$65,000-$97,500+ annually (combination of base and incentives)
