We are looking for a dynamic SDR Manager to lead our sales development team into a future filled with success.

What You Will Do:

-Lead & Develop: Build and manage a high-performing team of SDRs by hiring, training, and coaching team members

towards excellence.

-Strategize & Implement: Implement & Develop effective sales strategies and routines to ensure the team meets its sales

targets and grows consistently.

-Monitor & Enhance Performance: Keep track of team performance through metrics and dashboards, provide ongoing

feedback, and adapt strategies as needed.

-Cultivate Success: Foster an environment of growth and success, using your expertise to help team members develop

their sales skills and careers.

through Friday.

Who You Are:

-Experience in closing sales or sales management, with a desire for developing junior sales talent into top performers.

-Teachable and open to strategies already in place that work.

-A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the sales process and how to coach others for success.

-Excellent communicator, capable of inspiring and motivating a team, outgoing and able to speak in front of your team.

-Analytical, with a proven ability to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

-Authorized to work in the US.
