Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for signing new clients up for our towing services and maintaining strong relationships with property management teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot service-related issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and sign up new clients for our towing services, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Maintain ongoing contact with property management teams to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Regularly assess and document the needs of each property, making recommendations for service improvements or adjustments.
Communicate relevant information and updates to team members to facilitate efficient service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
Address and resolve service-related issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely solutions and customer satisfaction.
