Position: Front Counter Part-Time Sales Representative
Location: AAA Crain's Auto Salvage
Shift: Morning Shift – Mon–Fri 9AM–2PM, Sat 9AM–4PM
Pay: Starts at $14/hr | 30 hours guaranteed weekly | Bonuses up to $500+!
Duties:
Answer phone calls and customer text messages
Help customers find the pricing & availability of car parts
Deliver top-notch customer service in-person and over the phone
Process cash and credit card sales
Instruct part pullers on which parts to remove
Schedule part deliveries
Work with our team to hit sales goals and earn WEEKLY BONUSES!
Compensation:
$14.00 an hour
30 hours/week guaranteed (part-time)
Opportunity for overtime
Weekly bonuses: $25, $50, $100, $250, $500 or more!
(Bonuses are earned individually, but we work as a team to hit goals!)
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish-English) – Must be fluent
Super friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
Great with people – smiles, patience, and a positive attitude are a must
Strong multitasking and phone-handling skills
Basic to medium computer skills
Comfortable working as part of a team
