Position: Commissioned (Armed) Security Officer
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Part-time, Full-time
Shift and Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, weekends as needed
Pay: Starting at $17/hour

Requirements:
- Valid Texas DL
- Able to pass background investigation and drug screen
- Must have a smartphone and access to email
- Must have your own vehicle
- MUST have A CURRENT Level 3 Texas DPS License
- Must HAVE own firearm and full duty gear with a Level 3 holster
Job Duties:
- Active patrol of multi-family properties
- Interaction with persons on the premises or entering the premises
- Using de-escalation to defuse situations
- Writing detailed, concise reports, violations & maintenance reports with photos when applicable
- Self-motivated and performance-oriented
Experience Level: 1 year
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: Armed Security: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Commissioned Security Officers License (Required)
Shift Availability: Night Shift (Required), Overnight Shift (Required), Day Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: Multiple locations
