We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our shipping and receiving operations.
Job Description:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, including the handling, packaging, and shipping of goods. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the efficient flow of products from our warehouse to the end-user.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, sealing, and labeling products.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Operate shipping software and tools to manage and track orders.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, inventory management, and generating shipping labels and documents.
- Coordinate with different shipping companies and the United States Postal Service to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
- Familiarity with using various shipping companies and the United States Postal Service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Amazon Distribution Centers is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg as per BFOQ.
- Forklift driving and machinery operating skills are not required but will be considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
