The Night Warehouse Supervisor will drive operational excellence by managing department activities ensuring efficient production planning. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of logistics and food industry needs.
Responsibilities:
.) Supervise, train and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
.) Provide coaching, set clear performance goals and support employee growth.
.) Ensure all employees follow policies and work rules including safety work rules.
.) Work closely with Transportation Department, Day shift Warehouse and Sales Teams to align night warehouse operations with broader organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
.) High School or equivalent (Required)
.) 2+ years in a supervisory role
.) Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
.) Ability to read and comprehend instructions, (English and Spanish)
.) Previous forklift and electric pallet jack experience a plus.
.) Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
.) Proficiencies with all Microsoft working tools (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
