Back office manager - retail boutique

We are looking for a Back Office Manager for our retail consignment women's apparel boutique. This is an exciting time as we have a new owner and will be expanding rapidly! This is a job for someone who is able to multitask, who is experienced in various software, inventory, communications and retail. Personality Plus is a MUST. We have been in business for over 20 years and many of our current customers are adjusting to our changes and we are very actively increasing our customer and client base. This position also needs someone with flexibility as we are open 7 days a week and we all chip in to make it work. Serious inquiries need to reply to this email. Expectation is 25-30 hours per week with a starting hourly wage, expanding to salary by the end of the year.
