My name is Chris and our real estate company is looking for birddogs! A birddog is someone who drives around for their main job (Uber drivers, DoorDash, plumbers, electricians, process servers, notaries, mailmen, etc etc.), sees houses that are in very bad condition, and send to our company, NTAG.
If you send us a property we close on, you will get $1,000 just for sending us the address. So you send us 5 properties that we buy, you would get paid $5,000.
Have you ever been driving around (or maybe a house in your neighborhood) that is in really bad shape? Broken/boarded up windows, fire damage, overgrown landscaping? Well those are the houses we are looking for! Once we buy the house, you will get paid at closing, then our construction company will flip the house.
We do not close on every property that our birddogs send us because sometimes the seller does not want to sell, or they owe to much on the house and is not profitable. But we do close on a handful of properties each month!
