No shyness allowed!If you enjoy working with people and have a positive, friendly attitude come join us!San Carlos is a 153-unit Community that is looking for a Bilingual part-time Leasing Consultant to help make things run perfectly!General Summary of Associate Responsibility:To support and assist all aspects of the community operations, while reporting to and acting under the direction of the Regional Manager/Vice-PresidentPreferred Education and Experience:A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Leasing ProfessionalBilingualStrong leasing and marketing background as well as superior customer serviceA high school diploma or equivalent is requiredCommunity budgeting, preferredDemonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet. ResMan and Knock Software experience preferredKnowledge / Skills / Ability:Ability to evaluate and fulfill community common area and amenity needs, attention to detail and dedication to maintain the communityAbility to independently establish priorities, manages time effectively, and fulfills assigned objectives and projectsAbility to respond to and resolve unexpected problems and handle priority changes in a fast-moving, fluid environmentAbility to comprehend legal documents and carry out related rent collections and lease managementIntermediate level math skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals, fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reportingDemonstrated understanding of property operations with emphasis on lease terms and to support contract enforcement, including collectionsStrong verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills, and ability to work well with onsite staff, customers, supervisors, corporate office associates and vendorsMust be able to effectively communicate, comprehend, speak, and read in English.
