Currently hiring a leasing agent to contact prospects, show apartments, collect rent payments, contact current tenants to renew leases, follow up with tenants about past due rents, upload rent checks, work with the maintenance supervisor to ensure apartments are move in ready (order supplies ect. ) send invoices. and work with upper management to resolve any unforeseen issues.
