We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Lead Manager. If you are not afraid to make phone calls, enjoy networking, and are willing to work on a commission-only basis with unlimited earning potential, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential leads through phone calls and other communication channels (text / email)
Create follow-up systems
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and investors.
Identify and pursue new real estate investment opportunities.
Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and networking skills.
Experience in phone call sales and cold calling is a plus.
Customer service training is beneficial.
Self-motivated, outgoing, and not afraid of rejection.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Real Estate experience is preferred (in any capacity)
