Ongoing company needs to partner with a tech heavy, mature, and highly experienced person in shepherding concepts from ideas to completion. Residing locally in Collin County or the north Texas area.
Candidate should be currently self-employed or independent, and very passionate about learning new and challenging methodology. Rare drive and talents are needed for mastering unique markets and related programs that will yield future opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
Knowledge and experience in crowd funding for capital projects would be a very valuable asset. Marketing talents and social media knowledge pertaining to capital raise would also be valuable.
This 60-40 partner must have the will and creative mindset for acquiring new skills and comprehending the new visions required for producing innovated and dynamic projects.
This is zero pay to start, but related expenses covered.
All investment funds and operation expenses are paid.
An Active TX or any state real estate license, residential or commercial would be advantageous but certainly not required.
