We are looking for a Outgoing Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team for a community located in West Ft Worth.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
Must be dependable.
Greet and identify the needs of prospective residents to help them find the perfect home.
Show Available Apartments in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion.
Process applications, credit reports, leases, and renewals.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and Facebook messenger.
Keep accurate records of all phone calls and walk in traffic.
Perform daily follow up.
Assist in generating traffic through outreach marketing and social media platforms.
Lease apartments to meet occupancy goals.
Assist Manager complete other tasks needed.
Saturday hours are required (10am-2pm)
