Full time job openings for Apartment Make ready technicians who can paint & have their own spray rig, also need carpenters, & have openings for HVAC certified technicians. Prepare apartments for move in (no floor installation – we have outside contractors). Must have Driver’s license, experience and general repair skills, be authorized to work in the US. These are full time jobs Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. Work for a small 175 Unit apartment community where most of the staff have been working at least 18 years. Be home Saturdays & Sundays with your family. We offer that, paid vacation, job security through good and bad times, a good stable salary. Includes the possibility to live on property! Must be authorized to work in USA. Salary $17 to $20 / hour depending on experience & skills & up to $24 an hour if HVAC certified. Pay day is every two weeks on Friday. Email resume.

The Positions:
We’re looking for reliable and thorough Full Time (40 hours a week) Make-Ready / Painter Technicians, also HVAC certified technicians to join our maintenance team that will assist in ensuring that all vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status & performing general repairs like those in any apartment or home while following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws. The ideal candidate will have at least one (2) years of current proven experience in multi-family housing maintenance or a relevant field, be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language. Hours are 8 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays with some opportunity for overtime at time and a half.
