Job Description:
Dangerous Duck is a fast-growing business specializing in e-commerce sales.
As a Shipping Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately prepared and shipped to customers. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from processing orders to inventory management, and return processing, in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using our shipping software
Track inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
Perform quality checks on items to ensure they meet our high standards for sale.
Collaborate with team members to improve shipping and warehouse operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency.
Assist with other tasks related to sorting, packing, and e-commerce operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., Veeqo or Pirate Ship) is a plus.
Ability to use inventory management tools, including electronic scanners.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
