As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer phone calls, screen and direct them appropriately
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
