Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary: $18 to $21 per hour (based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a positive and patient attitude when dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and efficient manner.

Resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide product information and assistance with placing orders or processing returns.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
