This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting and enjoys managing finances, administrative duties, and basic office IT.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with financial regulations
2.2. Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Provide operational support as needed (inventory monitoring, basic product quality checks)
- Manage shipping and handling: fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately, and receive incoming packages
3. Qualifications
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English–Vietnamese or English–Chinese is preferred
- Proven track record in bookkeeping and office management
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently in a small-office setting
