JV Electrical Contractors LLC is a growing company that provides electrical contracting services for commercial and residential projects, seeking an office administrator assistant Responsible for organizing and assisting administrative functions including but not limited to timekeeping, personnel records, purchasing, accounts payable, customer and employee relations and other related activities.
This is a part time job with workings hours from 8am to 1pm
Responsibilities
Make expendable material purchases as required and provide receiving of materials either directly or through subordinates (maintain components inventory as required)
Accounts payable organizing POs and posting recipes
Help prepare weekly timekeeping and verify time reports to ensure accuracy and data to be provided to ADP payroll services
Assist in the preparation for estimates, cost reports, etc.
Responsible for monitoring subcontractor cost and issuance of back charges
Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction
Qualifications
High education or equivalent (some college is a plus)
Bilingual (Spanish and English Is a plus)
Physical ability to handle and lift materials up to 25 pounds in weight.
Proven customer service experience
Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills when interacting with all levels of the organization.
Strong organization skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred
