Job Description:
Enter and dispatch work orders
Ensure that work orders have been received by subcontractors, and verify the
scheduled time and date of the work
Call subcontractors 24 hours after the scheduled completion date to verify
completion or update the status
Enter accurate and complete notes in the system regarding correspondence
with customers and subcontractors
Act on all incoming phone calls and faxes
Closing all service calls in the system when work is complete
Update customer web based portals
Acquire necessary materials in order to fully complete the job
Effectively manage the dashboard and maintain customer as well as company's
requirements
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of experience in call center environment with multiple phones lines and customer service. Will also consider recent college graduates
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to pass drug and background screen
Ability to multitask on dual monitors with multiple systems while staying organized
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Positive customer service skills
Experience in lighting and electrical a plus
