Finishing Touches Remodeling is looking to fill a new office support position.
Our commitment to a higher standard of customer service has led us to the decision to create a new position within our company to ensure our clients are receiving the very best service possible. Our objective is to enhance the client’s experience by providing consistent project updates, clear communication on daily activity, and added support to address any concerns the client may have throughout the project.
Job Description:
This is an in-office position. You will be working directly with our project managers daily to provide updated information to our clients through our online portal. As the project managers inspect each job, you will type of a brief overview of their inspection and include pictures and videos downloaded by the project manager to the portal for the client to view. You will also be responsible to follow up with each project managers daily to review any client concerns or questions so that those can be addressed in a timely manner.
At the close out of each project, you will be responsible for creating a digital package for the client. This package will include: pictures, videos, invoices, warranties, and a product detail page.
You will also be responsible for sending out Service Improvement cards to the client and discussing those card responses in the weekly staff meetings. It will be your responsibility to present ways to improve the client experience based on the feed back of the Service Improvement card, and to implement any changes that the company agrees should be put into action.
You will also have access to the company’s social media so that as funny and/or interesting content from the job site comes through, you can upload it the different platforms and engage new or existing customers through social media.
The person we are looking for must meet the following requirements:
-Must have a positive and outgoing disposition. No exception.
-Must be sympathetic to a person's needs and able to listen without interruption
-Must have the ability to solve problems
-Must have computer skills including social media
-Must not be afraid to engage clients
-Must speak English as your first language
-Must have a knowledge of proper sentence structure and be able to type clear, coherent paragraphs in email.
-Must have a working knowledge or Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Calendars
-Must be available to work a 40-hour week - Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 8:30am-5pm and Tuesday/Thursday 7am- 3:30pm (30min for lunch each day. CLOSED - SATURDAY/SUNDAY.
Knowledge of construction is not necessary but helpful
