Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, professional individual to manage our front office operations. This role is the face of our business, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming calls and customer inquiries
Coordinating daily office operations
Processing paperwork and maintaining files including invoicing
Dispatching technicians
Supporting overall shop operations
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
Full-time position available
