We’re currently looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to be a supportive force with overall experience in customer service, spreadsheets, scheduling, and overseeing payables. This person should have experience working with Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Payroll, and preforming other administrative support duties. We are a great team of about 25 talented people and this position is a key role for maintaining positive daily operations.
The ideal applicant will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and attention for details. This person must be able to focus on important goals and for an extended time without distraction, but also possess the ability to change gears or reprioritize quickly.
We are looking for someone who has experience being an excellent customer service representative as well as a supportive team member with administrative tasks such as daily/weekly/ monthly reporting, accounts payable, payroll,
as assigned. Successfully owning this role will lead to added responsibility, such as on-boarding, customer service training, and becoming a leader for other team members while ensuring administrative tasks continue to be completed with high standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and record keeping.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Handle customer inquiries and follow-up with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Support office management with ensuring that the office environment is organized and efficient.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication regarding all matters.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the accounting or financing department.
Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation,
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Experience in an administrative role using Excel, QuickBooks other E-Commerce software.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Must be able to work full-time which may include weekends

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
