SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Administrative Support Team Lead role oversees approximately 1-3 direct reports. The Administrative Support Team Lead is responsible for the administrative functions necessary to support the needs of the office administration process. This including ensuring client satisfaction, timelines and overall production.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Office administration.

Process oversight to identify areas of opportunity and create efficiencies.

Root cause analysis and problem resolution to eliminate roadblocks that may impede production and/or quality objectives.

Communicating and working with our clients to maintain client customer service and cohesive working relationships.

Implementing procedure changes to ensure compliance associated with federal and/or client directives.

Team training, development and coaching.

Answering phone calls.

Review, development and delivery of reporting (I.E. client scorecards, daily production numbers, impediments, overall moral, etc)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

1+ Years experience in office administration.

1+ Years mortgage default and/or servicing.

Knowledge of various equipment (i.e. fax machine, printer, PC, etc.)

Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, etc.

Prior successful leadership.

Knowledge of Texas foreclosure documents

Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to change.

Demonstrated ability of issue identification and successful problem resolution

Working knowledge of business workflow and general processes

Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

Exceptional communication skills.

Succeeds in working in a fast-paced, high volume, team environment.

Must be able to work in-office Monday through Friday.

Must have reliable transportation.

WORK SCHEDULE: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a 100% in-office position.
