Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage notes during meetings and ensure follow-ups on action items
Monitor and organize email communications, ensuring timely responses and effective correspondence
Maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar for the executive, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as needed
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide top-tier customer service.
