Hearts and Hands for Humanity is a non-profit 501c3 company that provides clean-life saving water in Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, and Malawi all part of Eastern Africa. Consumption of contaminated water is the number one killer of children five and younger in Africa. A child dies every minute of every day from contaminated water. A high percentage of hospital beds in Africa are occupied by water born illnesses, as high as 50 to 60%. We have in the past 7 years provided more than 240 clean water projects. With your help we can double that number in the next few years.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Director of Fundraising
- Planning and execution of fundraising events
- Schedule and meet with potential donors to provide them a professional presentation of our non-profit
- Effective follow up with contacts both established by your efforts as well as those provided by the corporate office

Experience
- Proficiency in email marketing
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage different audiences
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends
- Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Enthusiastic about working with people and able to handle sensitive materials
