Description: Finishing Department Supervisor
We are looking for a Supervisor with leadership skills to oversee our Finishing Department. In this department you will be responsible for the daily production of trimming custom molded polyurethane products, employee supervision, while maintaining quality standards in a safe working environment at all times.
We are looking for an individual that is skilled in the set up and operation of CNC lathes (HAAS TL-1), making offset adjustments, and minor program changes.
This individual must have some understanding of G-code programing, along with a good understanding of quality control.
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Basic math skills
Trouble shooting/problem solving
Ability to read and understand basic machine shop measuring tools. Highly organized and able to keep a clean work environment.
Able to read and understand basic G-code programing
Basic machine shop knowledge
Able to lift 25lbs Able to stand for long periods at a time.
Bilingual if possible
Able to keep employees on task
Maintain preventative maintenance logs.
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
