Shop/Office Sync Lead
Key Responsibilities
Bridge the Divide: Be the voice between the plant and office—relay orders, flag hiccups, review maintenance issues, and keep everyone on the same page.
Maximize Fill Rate: Push shipments out on time—track parts, chase suppliers, unclog bottlenecks so customers never wait.
Guard Quality: Spot-check boosters off the line, enforce standards, catch flaws before they roll.
Solve Problems: Map fixes for production snags—line jams, maintenance woes, shipping crunches—and build smoother channels with distributors.
Drive Goals: Hit production and sales targets with the team, adapting to whatever curveballs come our way.
Tech Service: Answering phones to help customers trouble-shoot field and installation issues.
Cataloging: help facilitate cataog updates (both for electronic and paper publications)

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma minimum—college degree (industrial, business, engineering) gets you a nod.
Experience: Shop floor or office know-how, mechanics, logistics, QC, anything—but a quick mind trumps a resume.
