This is a W2, long term, permanent job opportunity.
You must pass a criminal background screening and urine analysis drug test (if you use marijuana products like Delta 8, 9 or 10, you will not pass the drug screen).
Job Duties:
Supervises, monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. Displaying knowledge in 5S.
Experience & Knowledge Required:
Must have knowledge of 5S, inventory control, shipping receiving, material handling supervision experience.
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Knowledge in Epicor, MRP, and MES is a must.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
Database management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
Knowledge of university invoicing procedures.
40 Hours Per Week; Shift Hours: 5 AM to 1:30 PM or 7 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday
Compensation: $60,000 annual salary
Location: Highway 80 and Collins
