Help us enhance our digital marketing efforts by assisting the Digital Media Manager with planning, developing, and distributing high-impact, shareable digital media content. Our ideal candidate should have prior experience in social media and web design. Excellent communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects are essential to the role. A proven track record of designing multimedia assets for social media and/or a website is a bonus.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Help the Project Manager handle the day-to-day execution of digital media projects ensuring timely deliverables

Collaborate with media planners in the editing, publication, and distribution process of digital media content across social media platforms

Identify channels for enhancing media strategies by staying up-to-date with emerging trends and media-buying technologies

Assist the Digital Media Specialist with creating media-buying plans, strategies, and cost schedules to maximize ROI on ad spends

Lead media planning process with agency partners and internal teams across media, analytics, and company

Manage and maintain a social media calendar and reporting dashboard, providing regular reports on engagement and other key performance indicators.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficient in written and oral communication skills according to skill requirements

Possess strong computer skills

Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment

Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)

Proficiency in various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, etc.

Proficient Microsoft Office productivity suite

Highly motivated to work independently

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience working for a digital media agency is preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Special Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government background investigation

Must be able to successfully pass a drug screening panel
