- New account acquisition and client development
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Grow existing Channel Partner relationships and evaluate new potential partners
- Work closely with internal partners to generate and close lead opportunities
- Prepare and deliver effective client presentations and demonstrations at all levels of the organization up to C-Suite
- Prepare and deliver email, canvas, and call marketing campaigns to targeted prospects
- Work closely with operations, vendors, and partners to process paperwork such as, agreements, work orders, RFPs and renewals
- Manage customer activity within CRM tool for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up drive business through the sales funnel
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed
- Actively network in the community to increase centers of influence and strategic relationships through trade shows, association events, etc
- Adhere to company policies and manage within a determined expense budget
- Focus on ensuring we maintain exceptional service levels and operational excellence
- Carry a Rolodex of buying and billable customers upon joining, is a must
- 5+ years' experience in Strategic Solution Selling or Technology Sales
- Bachelor s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Travel will be required 35% of the time- some overnights may be required
- Strong business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
- Effective communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office suite of services
