We are a creative agency based in Arlington, TX, seeking an organized and proactive Office/Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will manage various administrative tasks supporting the operation of the office, IT, sales, and social media, all while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for the office, handling reception duties and maintaining a seamless studio environment

Support the in-house IT team and IT consultant with daily tasks, providing on-site troubleshooting and support

Oversee office maintenance, supervise housekeeping, and ensure safety and environmental compliance

Manage inventory of office, kitchen, and IT supplies, keeping all areas organized and well-stocked

Address employee requests and provide support for day-to-day operations

Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new hires and managing office space

Support marketing and sales teams with client database management, lead generation, and social media initiatives

Track, inventory, and manage studio equipment and prop storage

Provide support to the accounting department as needed

Coordinate with external vendors and manage client visits

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, focusing on collaboration and problem-solving

Previous experience in office coordination or a similar role preferred

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team efforts

Proficiency with basic IT tasks, including troubleshooting and software management

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Daylite, various social media platforms, and utilizing AI technologies

Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
