Join a Leading Business Law Firm as a Litigation Legal Assistant in Downtown Dallas!

TrustPoint.One has partnered with a prestigious business law firm in their search for a Litigation Legal Assistant with experience in labor and employment law. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the heart of Downtown Dallas and support a dynamic team of attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and edit legal documents, including appellate briefs and correspondence.

Assist attorneys with meetings, hearings, and trials, including organizing trial notebooks.

Manage scheduling, calendaring, and file organization.

Assist with client billing and preparing expense reports.

Qualifications:

A solid understanding of the rules of civil procedure and e-filing in both Texas state and federal courts.

Proven ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Critical thinker who takes initiative and ownership, anticipates needs, and solves problems independently.

Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.

Experience with a document management systems (iManage is a plus, but not required).
