We are seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting Staff members by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Cycle Counts and Data Entry for Dicrepencies
Receiving Inventory in Software and Matching with Purchase Orders
Pulling Stock for Production Work Orders
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Verifying Invoices with Receiving documents
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Backup for Inside Sales, Billing, Customer Service and Production
Crosstrain in Other Departments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
