Pacesetter Personnel Services is seeking a construction cleanup person for Denton TX.
Monday- Saturday from 6:45 am- 5 pm
Pay $16 an hour.
Duties:
Report to superintendent every morning for daily assignments-sometimes working in groups and sometimes working alone. Cleanup duties range from sweeping concrete, mopping indoors, moving debris to the dumpster, moving materials from building to building, site perimeter trash checks, etc. You will be required to go through a safety orientation and must wear all PPE at all times. Come ready to work-every day. This is a long term project and requires commitment through the end of the year.
Perform thorough cleanup of construction sites, including removal of debris and hazardous materials.
Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
Organize tools and equipment to maintain an orderly workspace.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to promote a safe working environment.

Must have all PPE
Attention to detail: Ability to identify areas that require cleaning and maintenance.
Physical stamina: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within designated shifts.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members on-site.
Strong communication skills: Ability to follow instructions and report issues effectively.
Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
Must have steel toe boot that go over ankle.
Must be able to work overtime.
