I have a small commercial lawn & landscape business located near Mansfield. I have lots of work starting up at municipal properties. Looking to start another crew. I need someone to lead it that understands time management and doing a quality job at a fast pace. Must be very experienced on zero turn mowers. You must also take care of truck, trailer, mowers & all other equipment. Must keep it all clean & organized and keep track of needed supplies. Starting pay is negotiable but looking for someone in the $18-20/hour range for about 50-55 hours a week. If rained out during the week, you must make it up on the weekend. If your an hour away and it's the normal quitting time but you still have 2 hours left to finish an important job, most times you're going to need to stay & finish it.

I also need crew members for weedeating, edging & blowing . Must be familiar with team work and how to work together with your crew and not have a problem being told what needs to be done by the crew leader. Must know how to weedeat and edge at a fast pace while still doing a quality job. If this is you then send me your info. I'm looking to start pay at $14-16/hour.
