I can guarantee year round work, also top pay for your experience. Your earning potential is up to you, the more we install the more you make, I do not take advantage of you by pay flat daily rate.
Experience is a must IE:
Tearout
Install
Caulkingvery nice bead mandatory
Capping very helpful
Not afraid of ladder work.
Must be looking for a long term position and not a month and then gone, I make my commitments based on employee status.
I will guarantee, if you come to work every day and do great work ( I am picky) you will make money and have a worry free future with my company.
Also if you are very seasoned I will move to having a crew lead where you run the jobs and will be compensated very well.
All the financial commitment is on me, great work and passing inspections is on you equals a great working relationship.
