Puryear Custom Pools is hiring. We are a Pool and Spa News Top 50 in the nation pool maintenance and service company dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients. We specialize in keeping pools clean, safe, and enjoyable for homeowners. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Weekly Pool Cleaning Technicians.
Job Description:
As a Weekly Pool Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of pools on a regular basis. This includes tasks such as skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical balancing. Additionally, you will be required to inspect pool equipment for any issues and report them to management for prompt resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools on a weekly basis.
Skim the surface, vacuum the pool floor, and brush the walls as needed.
Test and balance water chemistry according to industry standards.
Inspect pool equipment for proper functionality.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and any customer communication.
Requirements:
Prior experience in pool maintenance is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work as a member of a team as well as solo.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift and carry 100lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
