About the Role
As a Field Service Technician for Fountain Freedom, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering and installing water feature systems that keep our clients' fountains beautiful, functional, and reliable. You’ll operate equipment, install technology, and represent the PondMedics brand on-site with professionalism and care.
You won’t be behind a desk—you’ll be in the field, putting your hands and skills to work. This is a role for someone who’s reliable, teachable, and driven to do things the right way, every time.
Key Responsibilities
Install & Deliver: Set up and install fountains and related systems with accuracy and efficiency
Operate Equipment: Safely and confidently use tools and equipment necessary for the job
Keep Sites Clean: Leave every project site better than you found it—clean, professional, and complete
Follow Instructions: Execute job plans as directed by project managers and team leaders
Communicate Clearly: Share job updates, needs, and issues with clarity and timeliness
Support the Team: Step in where needed and lend a hand to teammates across the PondMedics family
Your Background
You’re dependable, coachable, and not afraid of hard work. You’re someone who shows up ready to get the job done—and do it well. Whether you're installing a fountain, operating a lift, or cleaning up a job site, you know every detail matters.
Ideal candidates will have:
Mechanical or electrical aptitude (experience with pumps, fountains, or water systems a plus)
Basic construction or landscaping experience
Reliable transportation
A commitment to safety and a clean work environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to follow direction and take pride in your work
