We are a property management company in search of part-time handyman to help maintain several properties.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of plumbing, electrical trouble shooting, and be able to perform general maintenance tasks. Lawncare and knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus!
Pay range is $15-$20/hour based on qualifications.
Good customer service skills are mandatory: must be respectful, courteous, and a team player. Must have reliable transportation and your own tools.
