PARK HOST/ MAINTENANCE HELPER NEEDED!
Ventura Luxury RV Community located at 4706 George Owens Rd, Ponder, TX 76259 is currently hiring for Park Host/ Maintenance Helper.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, like to work outside and have the following skills:
LANDSCAPING: Mowing with push mower (RV spaces), zero turn equipment, weed eating and trimming. There may be some areas where tractor need to be used.
LIGHT ROAD WORK: We try to keep our roads “pot hole” freee. We have road base material that will need to be laid, packed and smoothed out. We have a tractor with attachment to make this happen.
LIGHT ELECTRICAL: Changing meters when necessary, changing out breakers, changing out 20, 30 and 50 amp electric plugs, tesing power sources to ensure that the park equipment is working properly and making necessary repairs when needed.
LIGHT PLUMBING: Occassionally we have a break in a water line. Repairs are completed in-house unless severr enough to call outside services to intervene.
LIGHT CLEANING: Light cleaning of Office and Laundry areas.
This is a full time position, requiring 40 hours per week. Starting hourly rate is $17 per hour. We provide all equipment and tools. RV Park experience is a plus!
