We are currently seeking a full time on-site Painter/Make Ready, who is hard working, go the extra mile individual with a passion for great workmanship. Painters must have knowledge when it comes to prepping, products and techniques. All positions require basic tools and work vehicle to get around community. We provide paint rig, paint brushes, and paint for painters, and all supplies that pertain to our apartments and community. Make Ready consist of performing general maintenance and repairs to turn unit. Benefits include forty hours a week, discount on an apartment home, paid holidays and option for medical and dental insurance after ninety days of employment. Forty hours of vacation is available after one year of employment in addition to working with an overall amazing crew/team.
