We are a local small business catering to Little Elm, Frisco, and surrounding areas and are looking to hire our first employee. You would play a pivotal role in helping us serve our customers and be the pillar of the team as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:
First and foremost, we are looking for someone hard-working, respectful, and dependable with a no-excuses attitude.
Your primary responsibility to start will be to support our mowing side of the business. This includes following a mowing route, mowing homes on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, edging, driving a truck with a trailer, etc.
When you aren’t mowing your responsibilities will include: weed control applications, applying granular fertilizer, spot spraying of weeds, aeration, chemical application sheets, customer service, and supporting us with whatever else we might need as it relates to the business. As mentioned above, we are looking for someone to be with us long-term. As our business grows there will be opportunities to become a supervisor and continue to move up.
Must have a valid driver's license. Pay $15-$20/hr, depending on experience. 40+ hrs per week. Looking for someone to start ASAP.
