We are a growing underground telecommunications company in need of some extra help working throughout the Dallas- Fort Worth metroplex.
We are looking for individuals who have experience in using either a directional drill and/or a line locator in order to install conduit underground to house our telecommunications fiber. All major equipment will be provided, we just need the hands to operate the machinery and the ability to pull the trailer of equipment if needed. We also have mini excavators and skid steers we need operators for as well.
We are also needing general laborers who can assist in installing fiber, placing pedestals and handholes, and digging out potholes by either shovel, mini excavator, or vacuum excavator. General laborers should be able to assist in these various areas as needed each day. Your day to day work will vary depending on the progress of the conduit placement done by the drill operator and locator.
Looking for:
Motivated, hardworking individuals
Okay with working 5 days per week outside in the heat and/or cold at underground construction sites. Off on major holidays.
Have transportation to get to and from job sites and ability to pull a trailer if needed.
Experience is a plus, but is not required for general laborers as long as you have the dedication and will to learn the job and work hard. You will be hired as a 1099-Contractor and can start work immediately if able.
We pay every Friday beginning two-three weeks after your first week of work, depending on the job assigned to. Your pay rate will vary depending on experience and position hired for.
