We are looking for an experienced TCEQ licensed lawn irrigator to do the following:
Assist in the maintenance and repair of residential and commercial irrigation systems (mostly commercial), along with minor installation projects
Must possess a working knowledge in all aspects of repair and maintenance of landscape irrigation, including electrical wiring, troubleshooting, disassembly and reassembly of irrigation valves, heads, backflow assemblies, etc.
Perform other tasks such as mowing edging, planting, pruning and other landscape oriented job functions.
Perform weed control and fertilization applications under supervisor of licensed Pesticide applicator
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be self-sufficient and able to work alone, when necessary
Qualifications
Must have clean TX Drivers License
Hard working, reliable, and trustworthy
Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and process oriented
Can-do attitude that is a strong team player
Willingness to learn and desire to grow within the organization
Excellent communication skills (both English and Spanish)
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English
Knowledge and use of electronic technology such as smart phones & tablets
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Verification will be completed)
Hourly Pay with overtime paid at 1.5 times
Paid Weekly (one week in arrears)
