Responsibilities:
Demonstrate leadership skills, motivating team members and driving them forward.
Communicate all pertinent information to subordinates.
Investigate and resolve problems., Ensure that the crew complies with all company policies and procedures.
Help to coordinate work activities with other crews.
Requirements:
Work Authorization & Valid Driver's License.
Landscape Installation: 3 years experience
Ability to show up to work on time Monday – Friday and work 8-10 hours a day.
Pay: $22/hr - $26/hr
- Paid weekly on Fridays!
- Standard Vacation / Sick / Holiday Pay Provided!
