Position: Field Technician
Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, occasional weekends)
Salary: $16 - $20 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
On-Site Service: Travel to various locations within the North Texas DFW metroplex to perform assembly, repair, and diagnostics of fitness equipment.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and inspections to keep equipment in top condition.
Documentation: Take before and after photos, collect signatures, send and respond to emails, and complete any required online certifications.
Meetings and Training: Attend virtual and in-person meetings and training sessions.
Delivery and Pickup: Responsible for the pick-up and drop-off of equipment.
Qualifications:
Mechanical Aptitude: Experience with fitness equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, bikes, steppers, and strength equipment.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients.
Physical Fitness: Able to lift 100 lbs and more.
Reliability: Must be punctual, have a clean driving record, and be willing to use a personal cell phone for work purposes.
Background Check: Clean background and driving record required. We welcome ex-offenders who are honest about their history and willing to undergo a background check.
Flexibility: Available to work 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and occasionally past 5:00 pm.

Probationary Period:
Duration: 90 days.
Conditions: Strict no-call no-show policy, high communication standards, and commitment to work ethic.
Termination: Missing three days during probation will result in termination.
